Guildford Jazz Member’s Evening

  • Art and Grind Cafe 165 High St, Guildford GU1 3AJ United Kingdom (map)

Am exclusive event for Guildford Jazz Members with special guest Andrew Cleyndert

Andrew Cleyndert needs little introduction to jazz audiences. Across a distinguished career spanning four-and-a-half decades, he has established himself as one of the UK’s premier jazz bassists. This evening Andy will be giving us a peek into the history of British Jazz from his formidable career playing for UK jazz legends such as Ronnie Scott and Stan Tracey.

The evening will also include a live performance from Andy, as he is joined by Guildford Jazz founder Marianne Windham for a rare bass duo performance!

The evening will also include an opportunity to view jazz-related art-works from Tony Wright.

Limited tickets available, entry includes a complimentary glass of fizz.
